QERDP
The 2007 Skysisters Symposium was successful in winning a $25,000 grant! The money was used to help with marketing and promotions, and the hire of temporary infrastructure. The 2007 Skysisters Symposium did benefit from the investment under the Queensland Events Regional Development Program (QERDP), a State Government initiative designed to take unique and creative regional events to their full potential. Since the program began in 2001, over $7.8 million has been invested in more than 370 regional events.
APF

Further, APF did donate up to another $4,000, matching dollar for dollar with Council contributions.
